Programs:
The Department of Bilingual Studies offers an undergraduate program in Bilingual Studies (English and French) and a Professional Master’s program in Translation and Interpretation. It is the only department in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (FAHSS) with selective admission to the undergraduate program (minimum score of 14/20 in English for Francophones and grade C in French for Anglophones).
The first year of the undergraduate program consists of two tracks:
- Francophone Bilingual track for holders of the Baccalauréat
- Anglophone Bilingual track for holders of the GCE A Level
In the second year, the two tracks merge and all students follow the same courses.
